Agreement To Use This Platform
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CC-2 Global Nig LTD microfinance web platform. By creating an account, submitting a loan request, uploading KYC information, making a repayment, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. You may contact CC-2 Global for assistance or clarification before proceeding.
1. Platform Purpose
The platform supports customer registration, KYC collection, loan applications, loan status updates, repayment tracking, receipts, balances, support requests, and basic customer account access. It is not a full banking core, deposit-taking service, investment product, or wallet for general public funds.
2. Customer Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
- You must notify CC-2 Global if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- CC-2 Global may suspend or restrict access where fraud, misuse, identity concerns, or security risk is suspected.
3. KYC And Verification
Loan requests may require personal details, contact information, identification documents, passport photographs, business details, guarantor details, and other information needed to verify your identity and assess the loan request. Submitting false, misleading, incomplete, or forged information may lead to rejection, account restriction, recovery action, or legal reporting where appropriate.
4. Loan Requests And Approval
Submitting a loan request does not guarantee approval or disbursement. CC-2 Global may approve, reject, request more information, adjust eligible amount, or decline a loan based on verification, repayment capacity, product rules, risk review, repayment history, or internal policy.
Loan-specific terms such as principal, interest, repayment frequency, duration, due dates, penalties, rollover fees, and closure conditions may be provided separately through the platform, a staff communication, or a loan agreement. Those loan-specific terms apply to the approved loan.
5. Repayments And Receipts
- Repayments must be made through approved channels communicated by CC-2 Global.
- Payment references and receipts should be kept for customer records and support follow-up.
- A payment may require verification before it is reflected against a loan balance.
- Failed, reversed, disputed, underpaid, or unverified payments may not reduce the outstanding balance until resolved.
6. Fees, Penalties, And Outstanding Balances
Where applicable, interest, penalties, rollover fees, late fees, and other loan charges will be calculated according to the approved loan terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing repayment obligations and contacting CC-2 Global if any balance appears unclear.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the platform to impersonate another person, upload harmful files, submit false information, interfere with security controls, attempt unauthorized access, abuse payment or support channels, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
8. Third-Party Services
CC-2 Global may use third-party providers for payment processing, communication, hosting, analytics, security, or verification. These services may have their own terms and privacy practices. CC-2 Global is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party service interruptions, but will work to reconcile eligible customer records where possible.
9. Platform Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and accurate, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, security incidents, provider downtime, or technical errors. CC-2 Global may update, suspend, or modify platform features when needed.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CC-2 Global will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, device failure, network downtime, or losses caused by incorrect information submitted by a customer. Nothing in these terms limits obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree that CC-2 Global may process information needed to provide loan services, verify customers, manage repayments, prevent fraud, comply with law, and support customer requests.
12. Changes To These Terms
CC-2 Global may update these terms as the platform, loan products, payment channels, or regulatory requirements change. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes should first be raised with CC-2 Global support for review and resolution.
