2. How We Use Information

- Create and manage customer accounts.
- Review loan applications and complete KYC checks.
- Assess loan eligibility, repayment capacity, and customer history.
- Approve, reject, disburse, monitor, close, or follow up on loans.

3. Legal And Business Reasons For Processing
We process information where it is necessary to provide requested loan services, perform customer verification, manage a loan relationship, comply with law, protect legitimate business interests, prevent fraud, or respond to customer support requests.
4. Sharing Information
CC-2 Global does not sell customer personal information. We may share necessary information with:
- Payment processors and financial service providers used to verify or process repayments.
- Verification, hosting, security, messaging, email, or analytics providers that support platform operations.
- Authorized CC-2 Global staff, managers, field officers, auditors, or support personnel who need the information for their role.
- Regulators, law enforcement, courts, or professional advisers where required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud.
5. Payment Information
When you make or report a repayment, we may store internal references, gateway references, amount, currency, status, customer or loan identifier, timestamps, and relevant request or response details needed for reconciliation. Sensitive payment credentials should be handled by approved payment providers and should not be sent through ordinary support messages.
6. Cookies And Logs
We use cookies and log files for login sessions, security, preferences, performance, analytics, and troubleshooting. You may control cookies through your browser, but disabling necessary cookies may stop some platform features from working correctly.

Some records may need to be retained after an account is closed.

Subject to applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, you may contact CC-2 Global to request access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, restriction or objection to certain processing, account support, or clarification about how your data is used. Some requests may require identity verification. We may be unable to delete records that are needed for active loans, legal compliance, audit, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping.
10. Guarantor And Third-Party Information
If you provide guarantor or third-party information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the person's permission to share it with CC-2 Global for loan review, verification, contact, and repayment follow-up where applicable.
11. Children
This platform is intended for adults who can lawfully apply for or participate in loan services. CC-2 Global does not knowingly provide loan services to children. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information, we will take reasonable steps to remove or restrict it where appropriate.
